Some of the world’s most unusual creatures are found in the deep sea. This infographic, titled “32 of the Most Bizarre Deep Sea Creatures Discovered So Far,” illustrates some of the most unbelievable aquatic wildlife known to humankind. Created by Alan’s Factory Outlet, it uses data compiled from National Geographic, The Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, and SeaSky.org. As the infographic explains, the Recreational Scuba Training Council depth limit is 130 feet, or 40 meters. The first of the amazing creatures discussed is the Megamouth Shark, found at 520 feet, or 160 meters, depth. The infographic delves deeper into the sea, going as far as 37,797 feet, or 10,911 meters down, illustrating all of the crazy critters that are found along the way. Included in the description of each animal is their size and diet, as well as an interesting factoid.
