In fact, as the infographic states, about 88% of Australians over age 50 say it’s important to keep up with evolving technology. Created by Apia, the graphic shows statistics for Internet usage among people ages 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75+. It also shows what most over-50 folks do on the Internet, like paying bills, Skyping, shopping, and using social media. The data was compiled from an independent national telephone survey conducted by Newspoll.
