You’ve probably heard of the Tibet-China conflict and the “free Tibet” movement. But what is it all about and how did this conflict start in the first place? FreeTibet.org made this infographic called “Facts About Tibet: What China Doesn’t Want You to Know.” It explains the history of the Tibet occupation and what is happening there currently. There are eight facts in all, each of which has its own section in the infographic along with text and illustrations. You’ll learn about how the Tibetan people have attempted to take back their country, why the Dalai Lama had to flee his own country, and the falsehoods China spreads about Tibet to quell international concerns.
