Most of us are a little too hard on ourselves from time to time. This infographic, created by Finna Vital and published on Tumblr, shows how to not be so hard on yourself. It contains simple illustrations, each of which is correlated with a tip. Some of the advice includes: making your mistakes learning opportunities; not comparing yourself to others; standing up for what you believe in; and accepting weaknesses as “features.” Some of the tips are motivational while others are more practical; but all can be applied to daily life.
