Marketo produced this infographic to show seven common ways people impede themselves in the workplace. The infographic also goes into detail as to how each anti-productive behavior affects people’s thought processes and, in turn, their work. The seven habits mentioned include checking email every two minutes or more, keeping a cluttered desk or working space, being as un-ergonomic as possible, multi-tasking, being overzealous about notes, letting others interrupt you and, finally, creating an impossibly long to-do list.
