The infographic explains the correlation between calorie consumption, exercise, and weight and fitness. It provides an estimate as to the number of minutes and repetitions men and women will have to spend on certain exercises in order to burn off each respective indulgent foodstuff. These foods and their associated exercises include burgers, fries, soda, pizza, fried chicken, chocolate, beer and cake. The infographic states that if a person were to complete all of the exercises provided, they would be able to burn about 880 calories total.
