Americans have a love affair with ethnic cuisine. And it’s no surprise. North America was built by and continues to grow thanks to a diverse population from many ethnicities and nationalities. Hans Dairy made this infographic called “North America’s Love Affair with the Ethnic Smorgasbord.” It depicts a case study showing the demand for ethnic foods in North America is growing. It shows data relating to Canada and the U.S., including the presence of ethnic ingredients and dishes in supermarkets, as well as the percentage of the population either actively consuming ethnic cuisine or interested in trying more of it.
