Ebates took a survey and found that in some ways, parents are way off when it comes to what teens actually want for the holidays. For example, parents thought their teens’ biggest wish was gaming consoles. But in reality, their teens mostly wanted clothing and shoes. Sweet treats were also surprisingly high on teens’ wish lists, which should be good news for parents looking for easy gifts. In terms of tech, more teens want a new laptop or tablet than the new iPhone, which also surprised many parents.
