The Golden State Killer is thought to have been responsible for dozens of rapes, murders, and burglaries in the 1970s and 1980s, mostly in California. After 40 years, a suspect, Joseph James DeAngelo, was recently arrested. Reddit user Mackteague made this infographic titled “Timeline of the Golden State Killer.” It features an illustrated timeline depicting the Joseph James DeAngelo’s life from his birth to the time of his arrest, including his career as a police officer. Below the timeline, it also explains some of his crimes and shows a map with the areas in which these took place.
